More on Brexit and patents
A quick follow-up to my last post:
CIPA - the UK's Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys - has made a short animated video that outlines why European patent work in the UK shouldn't be adversely affected by Brexit (short answer - because the European Patent Office isn't an EU institution).
